A simple-to-make appetizer, perfect for game day, is spiced up with mustard and Swanson® Chicken Stock. Ingredients:
15 chicken drumsticks |
1 3/4 cups swanson® chicken stock |
1/2 cup dijon-style mustard |
1/3 cup italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Place the chicken in a single layer into a 15x10-inch disposable foil pan. 2. Stir the stock and mustard in a small bowl. Pour the stock mixture over the chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the chicken. Cover the pan and refrigerate for 4 hours. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot or at room temperature. |
