This is the perfect go-to dip for impromtu events. Fast to make and faster to eat! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese |
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (may use frozen) |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. flaked red peppers (opt) |
chopped green onions (opt) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake covered for 15 - 20 minutes. Sprinkle green onions on top. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. |
