This is great for pheasant. Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup dry vermouth |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine ingredients and process 2 minutes. 2. Pour over game in a glass dish and refrigerate overnight, turning game occasionally. |
