This is usually cooked in individual, earthenware ramekins and they're best done this way because they should be served sizzling hot. You can do one on each burner, at the same time. Ingredients:
per serving |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 chopped garlic clove |
1 minced piece of chilli pepper (vary size as to your taste) |
a pinch of paprika |
peeled shrimp of a decent size (not tiny ones) 10-12 |
crusty bread, to serve |
Directions:
1. In each ramekin put: 2. Olive oil 3. Garlic 4. Minced chilli pepper 5. Paprika 6. Heat until the oil is good and hot 7. Add the shrimp and cook until they just turn pink 8. Serve at once whilst they're sizzling, accompanied with the crusty bread to mop up the sauce. |
