20 ml galliano |
freshly ground coffee |
2 marshmallows |
drinking chocolate, to serve |
Directions:
1. Pour liqueur into a warmed coffee glass. 2. Use an electric coffee machine, plunger or Italian coffee maker to make 60ml (1/4 cup) of hot strong espresso. Pour over liqueur. Top with marshmallows. Sprinkle with drinking chocolate. Serve. |
