Ingredients:
half kg carrot, peeled and grated
half cup milk
half cup sugar
ghee
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 tablespoon raisins
Directions:
1. mix grated carrots, sugar and milk in a big deep bowl. Microwave covered for 10 minutes.
2. add ghee and khoya. mix well. microwave uncovered for 10 minutes.
3. add cardamom and chopped almonds. serve hot.
