This recipe was put into my church cook book that was recently published. It iss a great lemon poppy seed recipe. I think it would work great for muffins too. Ingredients:
1 pkg. white cake mix |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix |
1 cup warm water |
4 tsp. poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggss, water and oil. 2. Beat well with mixer. 3. Add poppy seeds. 4. Pour into 2 greased 5x9x3 inch loaf pans. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes 6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. |
