Green Mexican salsa. Heat can vary. Use large tomatillos, if available. Ingredients:
3 tomatillos, chopped |
3 large avocados, hass |
2 jalapeno chiles, fresh, green |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 large white onion |
Directions:
1. Put it all in a blender and puree. 2. That's it. 3. Flavors meld over a few days. Use over enchiladas, or as a tortilla chip salsa. |
