                                                1 onion, large, texas sweet  |  
                                                2 teaspoons tony chachere's seasoning  |  
                                                2 teaspoons garlic, minced, jarred  |  
                                                12 ounces ham, pieces  |  
                                                2 tomatoes, roma chopped  |  
                                                1 teaspoon paprika  |  
                                                2 bay leaves  |  
                                                1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dry  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. RInse beans. 2. boil beans covered with 1 inch water. 3. Add water as needed, cook till al dente. 4. Add other ingredients, cook till done. 5.
