Gage’s Chili

This is an easy way to make chili and hid the onions and beans from your kids & husband.
Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans (i used bushes chili beans mild sauce)
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 -3 tablespoons cumin
2 -3 tablespoons hot chili powder
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Sauté onion in a little butter or olive oil.
3. In a blender, blend the sautéed onions, stewed tomatoes, and beans to a consistency you like (this hides them in the chili).
4. Mix all ingredients together in a pot, and simmer for as long as you want.
