1/2 cup quinoa |
1/2 cup bulgur |
1/4 cup peanuts |
1 cup tofu |
1 cup cabbage |
1 cup carrot |
2 green onions |
1/2 cup seedless raisin |
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
3 garlic cloves |
2 teaspoons ginger |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. cook lentils, quino and, bulgur. 2. Saute or toast tofu. 3. Mix the above ingredients with remaining ingredients Chill. 4. Wrap filling in tortilla shells. |
