GA KHO (ginger chicken) Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken, sliced |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce |
1 tablespoon fish sauce |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 onion, cubed |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and shallot until brown. 2. Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute, then add all ingredients. 3. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring often until sauce thickens. |
