I found this one in the Mystic Seaport All Seasons Cookbook and it sounds wonderful. It's a frosty toast to fresh peaches! *This does contain alcohol* Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, undiluted |
3/4 cup vodka |
2 medium peaches, unpeeled, sliced and pitted |
1/4 cup peach schnapps |
cracked ice |
peach slices (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine limeade concentrate, vodka, peaches and schnapps in a blender; process until smooth.
2. Gradually add ice, processing until mixture reaches desired consistancy.
3. Serve in stemmed glasses garnished with peach slice (if desired).
