Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage
6 cups shredded red cabbage
3 carrots, shredded
1 bunch of thinly shredded scallion
1 jalapeno pepper
9 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
9 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh grated gingerroot
1 1/2 teaspoons asian chili-garlic sauce
salt
1 1/2 cups honey roasted peanuts
1 1/2 cups raisins
6 tablespoons toasted toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients . Let stand over night.
