This is Emerils recipe for funnel cakes. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 1/4 cups milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
4 cups flour |
1 cup brown sugar, light brown |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden brown. 2. I added extra vanilla. Mix was thick, so added a bit of water to thin. |
