This is my favorite smoothie! Great for breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. I always have all these things in my house already. The PB adds a protein boost while the small amount of chocolate makes me feel like I'm cheating! Oh yeah, my little ones Love this one too. Ingredients:
1 large banana |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate milk mix |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth! Isn't that easy. 2. I like to freeze my banana, but you don't have to. |
