Refreshing, fresh feta spread. App or snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crumbled feta |
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped finely |
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped finely |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine everything with a fork, smashing the feta as you blend. Serve on crostini or pita chips. |
