Ingredients:
1/2 cup crumbled feta
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped finely
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped finely
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine everything with a fork, smashing the feta as you blend. Serve on crostini or pita chips.
