Fun-Topped Fudge

I got this recipe from a 101 Things to do with Chocolate recipe book. I've made this before and it is easy and delectable.
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (for topping)
Directions:
1. In non-stick pan, bring sugar, milk & butter to a boil.
2. boil 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. turn off heat.
4. stir in chocolate chips & marshmallow creme.
5. spread fudge evenly into greased 8 x8 or 9 x9 pan.
6. chill at least one hour before sprinkling topping on top.
7. lightly press topping into fudge.
8. refrigerate overnight.
