1 doz oysters |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
melted butter |
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup(s) yellow cornmeal |
oil for fryinng |
Directions:
1. Dip oysters in melted butter: sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Combine flour and cornmeal. Roll seasoned oysters in flour mixture. Cook in a skillet with hot oil until golden, about 2 or 3 minutes |
