I bought a jug of lingonberry concentrate at Ikea on a whim. What do you do with 2 liters of the stuff. Use is as a drink mixer. Oh, you can skip the vodka and give it to your kids. I find the drink helps when trying to assemble flat packed furniture with goofy instructions and funny Swedish sounding names. Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka |
2 ounces lingonberries (concentrate) |
5 ounces lemon-lime flavored soda |
Directions:
1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Pour in the vodka and the juice.
3. Add Lemon Line soda.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Get fúkt and build a desk.
