A fiery spice blend for seasoning steaks, chicken and fish. Just rub it on the meat before cooking. You can also add it to sauteed vegetables, french fries and popcorn. From the Fresh Mex cookbook. Ingredients:
1/4 cup paprika |
2 teaspoons cayenne |
2 tablespoons salt |
2 teaspoons white pepper |
2 tablespoons black pepper |
2 tablespoons granulated garlic |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. 2. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. |
