Chocolate fudgey delight. I found this recipe on the net and wanted to make sure I can find it again. I am making these for dessert tonight Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening |
1/3 cup teff flour |
1/3 cup sweet rice flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons agave nectar |
5 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
chocolate chips, on top |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Prepare an 8x8 glass pan. 3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until completely combined. 4. Pour into pan spreading to the edges. If more chocolate is wanted sprinkle chocolate chips across the top. 5. Bake 25 minutes, or until the edges are brown. Don't over bake or they will be dry. |
