From EAGLE BRAND Ingredients:
5 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups half-and-half (1 pint) |
2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
3/4 cup chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, beat chocolate, Condensed Milk and vanilla until well blended.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
4. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Freeze leftovers.
