Ingredients:
10 cups popped popcorn |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
2 tablespoons light corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl. 3. Set aside. 4. Melt butter in a pan. 5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 6. Pour Butter mixture over popcorn. 7. Toss gently to coat. 8. Spread coated popcorn evenly on a jelly roll pan. 9. Bake 10 minutes, stirring twice. 10. WATCH CLOSELY TO PREVENT BURNING. 11. Store in airtight container up to one week. |
