Fudgy Cheesecake Swirl Brownies |

This a take on the cheesecake brownie, you just have to love this recipe, soooo gooood!! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine |
2 squares unsweetened chocolate squares, broken into pieces (2 oz each) |
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided |
4 large eggs, divided |
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and baking squares in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperture. Stir in 1 3/4 cups sugar. Beat in 3 eggs; stir in flour. Spread into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. 2. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in small mixer bowl. Beat in remaining egg, and vanilla. Pour over chocolate mixture; deeply swirl with knife. 3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely on wire rack. |
