This is a perfect dessert cocktail, or a romantic one for Valentine's Day. As a variation, you can skip the chocolate syrup and instead dip the wet rims of the glasses in cocoa. Ingredients:
3 fluid ounces vodka |
4 1/2 fluid ounces creme de cacao |
chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Prepare two martini glasses by squirting a thin line of chocolate syrup around the rim of each glass, close to the top.
2. Place the vodka and Creme de Cacao in a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake and pour into the prepared martini glasses.
