The moistest ,easiest, rich chocolate brownies I have ever had. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) |
2 ounces unsweetened cocoa (hershey's) |
1 cup sugar |
2 large eggs (beaten) |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and cocoa together in medium sized pan over low heat. stir together and remove from heat. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs (mix eggs in little at a time, quickly stirring so you don't end up with chocolate scrambled eggs). Mix well then stir in flour and salt. Spread batter into 8 inch square buttered pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until set, about 25 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy! |
