Well there's that good ole Eagle Brand Milk again, lol This is a Fudge'y and Very Very Good Cheesecake for the Chocolate Lover. ENJOY Ingredients:

chocolate crumb crust |
1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted |

3 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (14-oz.) sweetened condensed milk |
1 (12-oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips---melted |
2 tsp. vanilla |
chocolate crumb crust |
1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300. 2. Combine all ingredients for crumb crust together 3. Press crust into bottom of a 9 springform pan. 4. In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. 5. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth, 6. then add remaining ingredients. 7. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. 8. Cool. 9. Chill for several hours or overnight. 10. Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate or sliced strawberries if desired. |
