Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1 tablespoon(s) butter |
1/4 cup(s) egg substitute |
1/4 cup(s) egg substitute |
1 cup(s) flour |
1 tablespoon(s) milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
6 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate chips |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Cut butter into dry ingredients until the size of small peas. Stir in egg substitute. Roll to slightly less than 1/8"; cut into 3 inch rounds. Fit into baking cups; place on baking sheets. 2. For filling: melt chocolate chips and cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Place scant tablespoon chocolate in each pastry shell. Top with pecan half. Bake at 350 for 1520 minutes. |
