You might have a problem waiting 3 to 5 hours to freeze. Ingredients:
1 c. pet milk |
6 oz. pkg. semi-chocolate pieces |
1 c. marshmallows (miniature) |
1/4 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. Stir over low heat until thickens, cool to room temperature. 2. Line a 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers. 3. Spoon 1/2 of quart vanilla ice cream in pie pan, then chocolate mixture and repeat. 4. Top with pecans and freeze 3 to 5 hours or nice to fix ahead for the freezer. 5. Serves 8. |
