                    This is a delicious frozen ice cream dessert with a vanilla wafer crust! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup evaporated milk  |  
                                                1 cup semisweet chocolate chips  |  
                                                1 cup miniature marshmallows  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers  |  
                                                1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened  |  
                                                1/4 cup pecans  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine evaporated milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows and salt; stir until chocolate and marshmallows melt and mixture smoothes and thickens. Remove from heat and let cool. 2. Line a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers. Spoon half of ice cream over wafers and spread evenly, then top with half of chocolate/marshmallow mixture. Repeat layers and top with pecans; freeze 3 to 5 hours, until firm.                              |
