Sounds yum - you could ice with peppermint icing instead of chocolate for a change of pace ! Ingredients:
180 g butter |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons golden syrup |
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup coconut |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup sultana |
Directions:
1. Combine and melt together the first 4 ingredients. 2. Add remaining 4 ingredients, mix all together. 3. Spread in greased lamington tin. 4. Bake 350 F for 10 - 15 minutes. 5. Ice if so desired. |
