This recipe goes with Neiman-Marcus Toasted Pecan Balls With Fudge Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
6 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate |
2 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler over boiling water. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Cook 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat; beat until creamy. Serve hot over pecan balls. |
