My sister in law makes this and now its a family favorite!!! Good served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Ingredients:
1 pie crust |
4 cups sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 cup cocoa |
3/4 tsp. salt |
7 eggs, beaten |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 1/2 cups margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300, then bake pie crust 5 minutes before filling. 2. Mix sugar, flour,cocoa and salt. 3. Beat eggs:add vanilla and mix with dry ingredients. 4. Heat margarine at medium temp. until completely melted, blend with mixture. 5. Fill pie crust and bake at 300 for 1 hour. |
