An easy ,ooey, gooey crustless chocolate dessert! Ingredients:
4 squares of baker's unsweetened chocolate |
1 stick unsalted butter |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/8 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup flour |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler until mixed (can be done in the microwave also) 3. Add sugar and blend 4. Separate eggs 5. Add yolks to chocolate 6. Add vanilla 7. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form 8. Fold into chocolate mixture 9. Pour into greased pie pan and bake for 19 or 20 minutes 10. Don't over bake! Pie will be gooey in the middle but is is so yummy that way! |
