This rich cream sauce can be used on ice cream, plain chocolate cakes or brownies... this will jazz up any dessert...you could also use this to dunk pound cake chunks in or angel food cake. Ingredients:
1 cup semi chocolate pieces (6 oz) |
1/2 cup light cream or half and half |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate pieces with cream in a heavy saucepan over low heat. 2. Stir until smooth. 3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. 4. Cool slightly; stir in nuts. 5. Serve warm.... |
