This is an amazingly easy, super fudgy cake. This is usually the first recipe my girls try out when they're ready to start baking cakes. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour, sifted |
2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup cocoa |
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee |
1 1/4 cups water |
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon rum |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Bake in a greased pan in a 180 degree C oven for 1 hour. |
