This is Hershey's recipe...Its wonderful to serve guests or family.. Its easy to make but taste delicious. Give it a try... Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup unsifted all purpose flour |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |

3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz) |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/3 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter. 2. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture. 3. Stir in vanilla and nuts. 4. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done) 6. Cool; cut into wedges. 7. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream and Hot fudge Sauce. 8. Hot Fudge Sauce: 9. Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup. 10. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boil. 11. Boil and stir 1 minute. 12. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. 13. Serve warm . |
