Ingredients:
6 whole(s) assorted mixture of hot peppers (diced)
2 can(s) beef broth or boullion (14.5 oz cans)
2 can(s) beer (12 oz ea.)
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper (to taste)
1 can(s) black-eyed peas
1 can(s) canelli beans
2 tablespoon(s) chilli powder (to taste)
2 dash(es) cinnamon (ground, to taste)
2 tablespoon(s) cooking oil (canola or olive)
2 teaspoon(s) cumin (to taste)
2-3 can(s) dark red kidney beans
3 can(s) diced tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
2 teaspoon(s) granulated garlic (to taste)
2 whole(s) green sweet peppers (diced)
1.5 pound(s) hamburg
1 pound(s) hot chourico
3 tablespoon(s) minced garlic (to taste)
4 whole(s) onions (large, diced)
2 can(s) red kidney beans
2 whole(s) red sweet peppers (diced)
2 teaspoon(s) salt (to taste)
2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt (to taste)
2.8-3 pound(s) stew beef (cubed 1
2 can(s) tomato paste (lg. cans)
Directions:
1. Cut up onions, Stew Beef, Chourico and put in cooking pot.
2. Add cooking oil, few pinches of salt, pepper, and garlic to pot and saute meets and onion on stove top.
3. While meat is sauteing, open and empty all beans into collander and rinse off residue.
4. Once meat is sauted, drain out excess meat oil and add rest of ingredients to pot, adding spices a little at at time to taste over course of cooking time.
5. Simmer in covered pot on low to simmer for 3-4 hrs, adding spices a little at a time to your liking.
