Fsd - Soybean, Rice and Lentil Salad

FSD = Fat Smash Diet. Cooking time includes 30 minutes of marinating time, as this is a no-cook recipe. The lentils and soybeans should be the canned ones, 'zaar did not recognize canned lentils or canned soybeans as an ingredient.
Ingredients:
15 ounces soybeans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup lentils, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup fat-free honey mustard dressing
1/8 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups red leaf lettuce, torn
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl, except lettuce.
2. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve over lettuce.
