Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
1/2 dried whole rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 medium potatoes
Directions:
1. Cover the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread it all over so it is covered.Combine dry ingredients, except potatoes and sprinkle across the bottom of the baking dish, set aside.
2. Wash the potatoes, cut in half lengthwise! Place potatoes cut side down in the baking dish. bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until tender.
