Fruity White Tea Smoothie |

I've been playing around with this recipe a lot... and I think I found the best way to do it. It's a great and healthy pick me up. Ingredients:
1 cup white tea (chilled) |
1 cup honeydew melon, chunks |
1 cup pineapple chunk |
1 cup ice |
2 teaspoons papaya nectar |
honey or sugar |
Directions:
1. Steep 2 white teabags in 1 cup boiling water and let chill in refrigerator OR chill with ice. (You can stir in sugar now or later). 2. Pour tea into blender. 3. Add the other ingredients and blend. I leave mine just a little chunky. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy! |
