Fruity Turkey (Or Chicken) Salad |

This is what happened when I went hunting through my cupboards looking for something to go with my leftover turkey. Ingredients:
16 ounces turkey breast, chopped (cooked) |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1/8 cup onion, chopped |
1/8 cup pecans, chopped (i used glazed) |
1 medium apple, chopped |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
4 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Serve on bed of lettuce or on your favorite toast. |
