A nice, tropical summer cooler. Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled and sliced |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut, chilled |
1/4 cup creme de banane |
1/4 cup light rum |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except crushed ice in an electric blender. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Pour over crushed ice and serve immediately. |
