This is a very refreshing and fruity side dish that is great at breakfast, brunch, lunch or as a side to an entree at dinner. I have also been known to eat this for dessert after a light dinner. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 pint orange juice |
2 ounces sultanas |
1 large banana thickly sliced |
2 oranges segmented |
Directions:
1. Gently heat orange juice with the sultanas. 2. Simmer 6 minutes then add bananas and orange segments and gently heat through. |
