A nutritious treat, especially for youngsters who need fun ways to get the calcium they need! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup |
1/2 cup fat-free strawberry frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry sorbet |
8 (2 1/2 ounce) paper cups or 8 (2 1/2 ounce) popsicle molds |
wooden popsicle sticks |
Directions:
1. Partially thaw the berries. 2. Put in blender with milk and frozen yogurt, blend until smooth. 3. Pour into paper cups or popsicle tray and freeze until firm. 4. Try it with different fruit, too! |
