The kids and I wanted smoothies with dinner tonight, so I scrounged around in the freezer and made up this tasty concoction! I've made lots of smoothies, but this one had the perfect balance of flavors for us. This recipe is very versatile, however, it is important to use a balance and sweet fruit and tangy fruit. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
6 ounces pineapple juice (i prefer dole) |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie |
1/2 cup frozen raspberries |
2 -3 frozen peaches, segments |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy! |
