Ingredients:
500 ml rolled oats |
1 can condensed milk |
60 ml treacle or 60 ml honey |
125 ml nuts, chopped |
125 ml seedless raisins |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly mix condensed milk, treacle and rolled oats in top of double boiler. 2. Allow to thicken over boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Allow to cool. 4. When cool, add nuts and raisins, then drop in spoonfuls onto buttered baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C (356 F) and remove from pan immediately. |
