A recipe I found from Smucker's. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, grapes, apples and more. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream |
1/4 cup strawberry jam or 1/4 cup cherry jam |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Place plastic wrap or a lid on top and refrigerate for at least one hour. 3. Serve with fresh fruit. |
