I just got this breakfast idea from a National Body Challenge email. This sounds great!! I can't wait to try. Cooking time is freezing time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/2 cup pineapple-orange-banana juice |
1/3 cup of sliced banana |
6 blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
Directions:
1. Stir it all together. Freeze overnight in a container or in a paper cup. It will be ready to go by morning. As you let it defrost, you'll have a refreshing slushy. Or, if you use a paper cup, you can eat it like a frozen push-pop. |
